Union Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar launches the PM-AJAY Portal & AJAY Mobile App to digitize and strengthen the implementation of SC welfare schemes.

• PM-AJAY Portal & AJAY Mobile App: digital governance platforms launched by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment to digitize end-to-end workflow of the Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyuday Yojana (PM-AJAY) scheme.
• Enables real-time monitoring, milestone-linked fund flow, geo-tagging and beneficiary-centric services for SC welfare components — Adarsh Gram, GIA, Hostel.
• UPSC relevance: GS-II (welfare of SC/vulnerable sections; e-governance) and GS-III (digital infrastructure for service delivery).
