NHAI Finalizes Tentative List of National Highway Projects for Monetization for FY 2026–27

• NHAI, under Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), has finalized a tentative list of operational National Highway stretches to be monetized in FY 2026–27 via Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) and Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) modes.
• A flagship instrument of the National Monetisation Pipeline (NMP) — NHAI is the single largest contributor (≈27%) to NMP.
• Relevant for GS-III (Infrastructure, Investment Models, PPP) and Prelims (TOT, InvIT, RIIT, NMP).
