DARPG Launches NeSDA 2025 Portal to Strengthen Digital Governance Across India

• NeSDA (National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment) is a biennial framework of DARPG to benchmark the depth and effectiveness of online service delivery by States/UTs and Central Ministries from a citizen-centric lens.
• The NeSDA 2025 Portal was launched on 25 May 2026 by DARPG to operationalise the 4th edition of the exercise.
