Union Minister Shri Jayant Chaudhary Launches ‘Navachar Mantra’, a National Initiative for Grassroots Innovators and Entrepreneurs

• Navachar Mantra is a national initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) to identify, mentor and scale grassroots innovators and early-stage entrepreneurs from Tier-2, Tier-3 and rural India.
• Implemented by NIESBUD (Lead Implementing Agency) with FITT, IIT Delhi (Technical Implementation Partner).
• Relevant for Prelims (schemes/institutions) and GS-III Mains (entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystem, skilling).
