India–Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) Comes into Force on 1 June 2026

- Entered into force 1 June 2026; signed 18 December 2025 in Muscat under PM Modi and Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said.
- First bilateral trade pact Oman has signed with any country since its FTA with the USA in 2006 — strategic gateway to GCC and Indian Ocean trade.
