National Conclave on Strengthening ITDAs and ITDPs Charts Roadmap for Tribal Governance Reform towards Viksit Bharat

• National Conclave convened by Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA) on 3 June 2026 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi to chart a roadmap for strengthening Integrated Tribal Development Agencies (ITDAs) and Integrated Tribal Development Projects (ITDPs) in line with Viksit Bharat @2047.
• ITDAs/ITDPs are the principal field-level institutions for last-mile delivery of tribal welfare under the Fifth Schedule / Article 244(1) framework — making the Conclave directly relevant to GS-II (governance, vulnerable sections) and GS-I (tribal society).
