West Bengal Legislative Assembly Signs MoU for Implementation of National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA)

• NeVA is a device-neutral, member-centric, cloud-based application that digitises all functions of Houses of Legislature, making them paperless Digital Houses.
• One of the 44 Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) under the Digital India Programme, implemented by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs (MoPA) as the nodal ministry.
• West Bengal's accession on 4 June 2026 completes pan-India coverage — making all 31 State/UT legislatures signatories — a milestone for cooperative federalism and e-governance.
