AEW&C capability and the partnership model thus reinforce each other: the platform secures Indian airspace, while the DcPP route builds an industrial ecosystem able to sustain and upgrade it. Institutionalising such risk-sharing partnerships, with firm timelines and quality assurance, is the surest route to self-reliant airpower.
