Scientific/Tech: GPS-tracked MVUs, e-Pashu Chikitsa app, integration with Bharat Pashudhan digital database (NDLM); cold-chain enabled vaccine delivery for FMD/Brucellosis under NADCP [S3].
Administrative: Centre funds vehicle + equipment; States operationalise via PPP/CSC mode → uneven uptake. Coordination with State Animal Husbandry Departments is the principal bottleneck.
Public Health (One Health): Curbs zoonoses (Brucellosis, Rabies, Avian Influenza); aligns with WHO/FAO/WOAH One Health framework.
