Union Minister Shri Jayant Chaudhary Launches ‘Navachar Mantra’, a National Initiative for Grassroots Innovators and Entrepreneurs

Navachar Mantra is a national initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) to identify, mentor and scale grassroots innovators and early-stage entrepreneurs from Tier-2, Tier-3 and rural India [1].

MSDE has progressively pivoted from pure skilling to entrepreneurship-led skilling; NIESBUD (est. 1983) is the apex MSDE body for entrepreneurship training [3].
FITT (Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer) was set up in 1992 as the industry-interface arm of IIT Delhi for tech transfer and incubation [4].
